The family was raised and born in Pennsylvania Molly started her professional career when she was thirteen years old at Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater in a production of The Snow Queen. She portrayed Little Red Ridinghood shortly after in the Arden Theater s Into the Woods production for which she won a Barrymore Award nomination. In 2002, she played the same role in Into the Woods in Broadway aged 15, and earned an Drama League Award nomination. Molly was also in The Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof in 2004. Then she attended Princeton University where she was an active member of the Triangle Club and graduated in 2008 with the degree of a B.A. In 2008, she graduated with an B.A. In the same time, she appeared in a film for the first time, Disney s College Road Trip as Wendy Greenhut. Molly began her career after having completed her Off-Broadway stage debuts, such as End Days and The Wonderful Maladys on HBO Pilot. Molly played involved in the 2007 Barrington Stage Company production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and in the Westport Country Theater's production of The Diary of Anne Frank where she starred as Anne. Molly was a part of several regional productions, including The Diary of Anne-Frank at Westport Country Playhouse's production in 2010. The play in which she played the teenager daughter Ali.
